December 4, 2008 - I just wanted to share some info on Northern Light Orchestra and Kip's involvement in this new project. Kip wrote all the string arrangements.

NLO is designed to create a total musical experience combining the powerful drama of Webber and Rice's "Jesus Christ Superstar" with the emotionally moving musical styles of ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA, YES, and KANSAS. March 1, 2008 - Winger recently joined other artists in the Station Family Fund Raiser Concert in Providence, RI. This is scheduled to air on Easter Sunday on VH1, so be sure to tune in.

Magna Carta Records has set a September 12 release date for the new solo album from DREAM THEATER keyboardist Jordan Rudess, entitled 'The Road Home'. Having been influenced by classic progressive acts such as GENESIS, YES and GENTLE GIANT, Rudess revisits some of the great songs from those bands with his own special Jordan Rudess touch. He is assisted on the CD by a great group of guests, such as Nick D'Virgilio (SPOCK'S BEARD), Kip Winger (WINGER), Rod Morgenstein (WINGER), Ed Wynne (OZRIC TENTACLES), Bumblefoot (GUNS N' ROSES), Marco Sfogli (JAMES LABRIE), Ricky Garcia (LAFEE) and several others.

March 30, 2007 - Since the recent release of Winger's Demo Anthology (2 CD set) and the rave reviews, I thought I would let you all know that the Japanse release, due out April 25th in Japan (May 3rd in the States) will have extra bonus tracks included so if you're interested in hearing more tracks, this is a must have.

You can pre-order from CD Japan and Amazon.com. I was hoping that NEH would be carrying this import, but in speaking with them today, they said they are not.

Okay, most all of you know that Winger is my very favorite band and I would love to hear them on the radio. I had been thinking about doing this for awhile now, but since coming off the heels of the Winger tour and seeing all the enthusiasm from everyone, I wanted to get this done.

I am still working out other details as far as getting this (hard copies of the petition and CD's) to the radio stations....I mean I would love to send copies of the CD to ALL the stations but I haven't hit the lottery yet. I will probably send some to various stations throughout the country, but I am hoping with your help, we can work together to spread this petition everywhere and collect a lot of signatures to be presented to radio stations and media outlets everywhere. Winger fans are the absolute best, and most loyal......wouldn't it be awesome to hear them on the radio? Here's hoping for a successful campaign
